North Bend is one of two solar projects currently being developed by Hoosier Solar in Starke County, Indiana, located east of Bass Lake. Spanning 1,212 acres and generating 200 MW of power, North Bend, along with the Starke Central project, will contribute a combined 410 MW of solar energy. Together, these projects will provide over $1 million annually in additional tax revenue and are expected to power 53,000 nearby homes. Our $600 million investment will deliver a total economic impact of $773 million to Starke County, exceeding its 2022 GDP of $640 million.
