Ginny Plumeau

Ginny Plumeau, REM is Director of Environmental Services at Advantage Renewables. Ginny handles the technical approaches and oversight of environmental due diligence related to siting and permitting for the team’s development projects. Ginny is a Registered Environmental Manager (REM) with extensive project and leadership experience as a business owner and consultant. She has extensive technical and management experience in environmental consulting for renewables and other development projects nationwide. Prior to joining Advantage Renewables, Ginny served as Senior Environmental Manager for Cypress Creek Renewables, supporting diligence requirements for planned solar projects in the Midwest. Ginny received her Bachelor’s in Zoology and Associate’s in Science Laboratory Technology from The State University of New York and her Master’s in Ecology from Rutger’s University.
