Tracy Rolstad

Tracy Rolstad is a Director of Grid Integration at Advantage Renewables. He is an expert in WECC footprint knowledge and served as WECC SRS Chair, which is responsible for creating all WECC power flow, short circuit, transient stability, RAS & CTG, and GMD cases. Additionally, Tracy served as Chair of the WECC Technical Studies Subcommittee, Data Subcommittee, Joint Software Users Group, RAS & CTG Chair, and PowerWorld User Group. As a consultant, he performed technical studies in all interconnections in North America. Tracy served in the United States Navy for over 20 years. He attended the U.S. Naval War College and received a diploma from the College of Naval Command and Staff and received a BSEE from the University of Idaho.
